To sign up for Snappy Rewards, simply Click Here, select your preferred location, and select “Set As Home Store”. From there, enter your information (include your birthday for a free cookie) and click “Join Now”. You’re all set! Get ready to earn start earning points and watch your email inbox for exclusive deals.

Each Snappy Rewards account is tied to a unique email address. If your email is already in the database, simply make sure to use that email when signing into our website or app to place your order.

Once you sign up, you should receive your first reward email within 24 hours, but your points will begin to accumulate immediately.

Rewards FAQ

With Snappy Rewards, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any Snappy location.

You can view your points balance here by entering your phone number.

Once you reach 175 points, those points are deducted from your account and your top earned reward will be sent to your email.

Points may take up to 24 hours to be added to your account. If you still haven’t earned your points after that time, please contact us (see below) and include the date and Snappy location of the order which is missing points, as well as the phone number used to place the order.

Rewards FAQ

Once you’ve earned an offer, watch your inbox for an email from “snappytomato@myrewardsprogram.net” with a promo code (usually 3-digits like “123”). Simply enter that code as a discount to use your reward.

Note: For rewards codes to work online or in the app, you will need to be logged in with the same email you used for rewards.
To use rewards in-person or on the phone, make sure you use the same phone number you used for rewards.
